Exploring Empathy with Natasha & Navagreen Team in Bandung

This August, I had the privilege of joining Lively Training Academy as a co-facilitator in a 3-day training for the Natasha & Navagreen Group beauty clinic team in Bandung. The program, led by Coach Lika and supported by beauty & grooming expert Hanny, focused on Delightful Service and Upselling with Empathy.
My highlight was guiding the participants through a quick deep dive using Intuitive Coaching Cards™ (ICC) to uncover their personal understanding of empathy. It was inspiring to see how each participant found fresh insights—discovering empathy not just as a skill, but as a lived experience in their service.
Of course, some exercises landed differently for different people, but that’s the beauty of learning together: every reflection opens a new door.
It was a meaningful reminder that empathy is not one-size-fits-all—it’s about finding what resonates most authentically for each of us.
